Support and Guidance

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

My project lead/ buddy and design lead are a great point of call for me. Answering any questions I have and if they are unsure, pointing me in the right direction of who will know. Also lots of support with how I can develop - giving me jobs and aiming me when I get to points where I'm less confident.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Very social and eager to help. Everyone is very happy to have a quick chat but also keen to get you on a good worth flow - with aid available quickly and not just help but teaching for the future.
The office holds lots of opportunities for eveyrone to engage with socials and is very diverse, especially with our connection to our BIM team in India
