Internship - 12 Week Placement Review

As a Land Development Intern, I support the team across a range of development, sales, and marketing activities. My responsibilities include carrying out comparable analysis, updating interest schedules, assisting with development appraisals, and preparing reports to support decision-making.
I regularly attend property viewings and site visits, communicate with clients and prospective purchasers, provide updates on development progress, and respond to enquiries. I also help produce marketing materials, including brochures and sales information, while supporting market research and maintaining accurate project data.
These responsibilities have helped me develop strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills, while gaining a broad understanding of the property development process.

As my time with the team has progressed, I have built strong relationships and earned the trust of my colleagues, which has led to increased responsibility and greater involvement in key projects and day-to-day activities.

I've learnt an unbelievable amount while being at Knight Frank. My communication and confidence has improved hugely. As well as my tech skills and knowledge and much more!
