Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I worked in Tenancy Progression. This was helping Knight Frank process their letting deals from the second an offer is agreed between Tenant and Landlord, to the day the Tenant moves in. On a day-to-day basis, this looked like direct client interaction, drafting emails, contracts, and other administrative tasks.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Absolutely. I was given my own clients to contact via email and on phone. Responsibility was from day 1.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
My skills have developed hugely. Everything from how to handle myself in a professional environment and in-front of clients, to my team-working capacities, to my Microsoft Office skills. All round, have developed many of the skills that will be crucial to me going forward.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything from my work responsibilities to the people I have met, what I have gained from my placement is really above and beyond what I could've ever expected.

Such an amazing opportunity to be apart of Knight Frank for a summer. Be prepared to learn a lot, embrace meeting new people from all over the company, and work hard.
