Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I was assisting the Central London Valuations team, which meant I attended site inspections, helped research and compile comparable evidence for valuations, and composed valuations reports and modelling. I was also given responsibility for compiling the team's quarterly London Offices market reports for clients, which was obviously proofread by more senior members of the team but was entirely my own work, which was something I was proud of.

Yes, lots - I really felt I was doing crucial work to assist the team.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Fab! Lovely people and a super welcoming and supportive atmosphere for interns - it felt like I was actually valued rather than just another task on my supervisor's to-do list.
