Overall, how would you describe your experience at Mott MacDonald?
From a graduate perspective, it was a great opportunity to start my career, learn a variety of skills and meet amazing people.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
When I started I was Product Marketing Associate, I was working on variety of digital tools, developed content and supported go-to-market strategies. After year and a half, I was given more responsibility, led on projects and given responsibilities for different activities.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

The compensation is okay in terms of salary, as the more you progress the salary jumps stay the same - within inflation rate. This makes the rate below the market rate. Other benefits were good and quite standard across large organisations like pension contributions, discounts & perks, health insurance, employee assistance programme for mental health.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

The company is quite open for you to learn new skills and will help you prepare for the future.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

There was 3 year training graduate course with various sessions of developing soft skills and company is open to paying for additional external courses.

Support from everyone is always great.
How is your work-life balance?

The working hours can be quite flexible where needed as long as you get your work done. If there is a need for mental health break, bereavement leave or sick leave, everyone is always happy to support and be understanding about the situation.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

The culture is very inclusive. Company is trying to uphold strong values like integrity, environment conscious, focused on people's well-being and allows hybrid working.

Every initiative I was a part of, made sure that events were inclusive and accessible to everyone.

There are a lot of initiatives that employees can take part like volunteering, running clubs and company provides additional time off for volunteering.
