Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

MUFG has committed to achieve net zero declaration by 2030.
MUFG is very diverse and inclusive.
The MUFG Graduate Class intake of 2022 almost 1/3 did not study a finance related degree subject at University. MUFG actively looks to have a diverse graduate intake across a range of subjects studies

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

The programme was very insightful and gave me so much more confidence by getting to meet former employees who come from a similar background as me. By them presenting the potential roles available and the their experiences with us, I am now much more keen to get a job secured at MUFG.

I enjoyed the insight very much, especially as we were offered the opportunity to meet different employees with different ranks from different divisions.
