Overall, how would you describe your experience at Mott MacDonald?
I enjoyed my experience. The people were all friendly and helpful. There is a big graduate community so it was very easy to make friends. There were lots of technically strong people to learn from.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Producing fire strategies and evacuation calculations (as I was a fire engineer).

The only slight drawback was I didn't receive much training on my role. The graduate scheme gives you training on soft skills. For the role itself I learnt through the people around me and experience on projects, rather than any formal training.
