Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Provided over 1000 end users with high quality and efficient IT support, minimising disruption to their day to day role.
Developed my knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, completing tasks such as delegating mailbox permissions and setting up new resources with PowerShell.
Set up new devices for end users and assisted them with the migration from one device to another.
Efficiently prioritised tasks, making sure the most important issues were resolved first to minimise disruption to the business.

I was given lots of responsibility to complete tasks independently, but my manager was always happy to support me if I needed it.

I'd say that it had a family feel, and wasn't very corporate. It was a very nice place to work and everyone I spoke to was friendly.
