Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Working under head of brand mens & womens, representing them in stakeholder meetings. Collaborating with other teams, including marketing, product, creative to ensure we are all aligned and sticking to the brand direction. Providing support on adhoc tasks. Being IRL for seasonal shoots to ensure brand alignment

over the year, responsibility grew. Being directly under head of brand, initially there was limited given, and then after 6 months, it grew rapidly.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The best, Im unsure how i will cope working anywhere else as im sure it wont compete. Gymshark has a very relaxed and trusting general atmosphere. It isnt very corporate, you can wear comfy clothes, you can do your work on the sofa- as long as the work is done well- typically they dont mind much else. Everyone is extremely kind and supportive.
