Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I gained a deeper insight into the kind of work being done by the firm and what it would be like as an RPC trainee. I assisted lawyers with their live cases. This involved various tasks such as legal research, proof reading and attending meetings. I also attended workshops run by graduate recruitment such as Personal Branding and a Partner Q&A. We had a dinner with current trainees and a group volunteering activity.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was fairly easy to understand how the firm does business and how each person plays their role. It was very valuable information.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone was extremely friendly and approachable. People were willing to give their time for a conversation with me, which I really appreciated. The firm has an open environment and is non hierarchical. People at RPC are generally quite social but also very hardworking.
