Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at RPC?

It has been great. Working in what is a very stressful and high-pressure environment, everyone I have had the pleasure of working with or just meeting has been lovely and very supportive.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

A lot of my work is done for another member of my team. Therefore, I have direct oversight from the person who has delegated me the work if I ever need assistance but also have personal supervisors always on hand.
A lot of my work involves drafting legal documents for court and mediations, but also lots of reports and letters to the other side on the matter to negotiate or challenge claims.

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

4/5
I am actively involved in the claim. I have claims that I have been on since the day the claim came in, and will follow that claim during my time in the team. I also have engagement with contacting the parties involved in the matters and am able to assist during important moments in the case or on tight deadlines.
