Networking, learning more about how the firm runs on a daily and global basis, talking to employees and graduates at the firm, gaining a greater insight into MUFG as well as learning what makes a great employee in the industry,

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

Very insightful yet concise - clear to see what available routes were for career progression straight from university. Divisions and subdivisions were looked at.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere, where we sat was nice, lots of natural lighting - plus office was very quiet and not hectic. Culture was inclusive, focused on ensuring colleagues and clients stay happy, and was evident throughout the day.
