How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
Reasonable generalised support and guidance in the beginning of the placement, while specialised guidance was typically receiving as-and-when by colleagues. However, I would have appreciated more formally set up introductions / sit-downs to senior colleagues / company heads to get to know them.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I enjoyed it due to the responsibility given, and the opportunity to work on my own technical projects. The office itself is nice, but being in Swindon is not hugely appealing and that did take a toll on the enjoyment being there, at least for me. I had much more fun visiting the London office.

What advice would you give to others applying to RWE Supply & Trading
Make sure you prepare accordingly, don’t be complacent if you are invited to the AC. If you fail to prepare, the managers will instantly be able to tell. Besides that, enjoy the process, everyone is lovely.
