Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
This was a two week vacation scheme. The day-to-day involved sitting in a specific firm practice area with a trainee buddy and a supervisor who provided tasks to complete daily. The tasks ranged from research on specific court judgments to overseeing due diligence reports. There were also firm socials after work on certain days.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very inisghtful to gain an undestanding of firm-specific practice areas and to understand the oevrlap of clients for each group.

I developed skills in research and overseeing legal documents to search for red flags and concerns. I also gained the ability to draft emails for clients and provide commercially relevant information.
