Resolve returns and account queries with kitchen appliance partners.
Assist with team projects to help improve customer and other stakeholders experiences across multiple websites and hands on activities
Analysis of large data sets to find trends within Samsung UK

Support and Guidance

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

I received a lot of support and guidance from my manager, who really helped both improve my attitude towards work but also my soft and hard skills. He was a truly wonderful mentor to me during my time here and I wouldn't be in the position I am now without him.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Samsung can be quite an intense and fast paced company, very focused on good results, KPIs and performance. However, while everyone is very proactive and busy, they are also super friendly and willing to help.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I really enjoyed my placement after a role switch, my line manager was so helpful and positive - looking after me in a work and personal matter. My team was friendly too, making my experience very nice.
