I have learnt new skills to become a qualified Level 5 Coach which I will be using in my day to day role. These skills are adding to my existing skills that I have developed on my career.

The support o received from the organisation was limited due to my capacity but I accepted this when I agreed to take on the apprenticeship.

I work for a Local Authority which has a vast amount of resources available. We have networking events for our coaching cohort that I access.
