A positive experience. We receive a good level of training and exposure to lots of different teams in the industry

Being a graduate you inevitably work on admin-related tasks. Senior members of the team do have an interest in getting you involved in more exciting projects, however, this does not acocunt for the majority of your time

When you join the company you receive a few formal training sessions, however, this decreases significantly as you continue

I am not aware of many initiatives. Employees are given 2 days a year to engage in meaningful charity led work, however, teams rarely use this.
