Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
As a process engineer I used PLM to write processes for the new launch. In charge of the modifying of tools, jigs and fixtures. Liaising with product engineering for part changes suitable to industrialise the product parts.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
Lots of support was given, had a mentor l;ooking out for me. Manager would check in on me and there was also a group of graduates and undergrads helping each other out.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very welcoming. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my time whilst working here. There were social activities monthly between my base team, the early careers team and even my wider team. I had lots of opportunities to get to know people well.
