Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
I've thoroughly enjoyed my time as a graduate at JLR - developing my skills whilst contributing to world-leading projects! It's lovely being part of a fairly large graduate cohort, working alongside other young professionals from a range of backgrounds and disciplines too. I've loved working on a range of different projects and being encouraged to develop my skills continuously.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The main responsibility of my role is to work alongside the creative teams to deliver 'Design Vision' for future car models and products. Balancing engineering, technology and aesthetics, we have to design for the whole set of JLR brands, tailoring our approach to each one.

Why?
I've had a brilliant experience myself. It's a great place to start your career, learning from so many people with different experiences and backgrounds. The work-life balance is great, but there is still opportunities to drive and push yourself.
