Overview of the Role
Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
I am currently in the graduate scheme and I am having a very good experience. The company offers a lot of flexibility to move around and encourages learning throughout the scheme. There is decent support and having a big cohort of other graduates has made the transition from studies to work a lot easier.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have enjoyed stakeholder management and getting ownership of important and critical projects. I am given the right amount of autonomy and support from managers. I am currently in my second rotation and am seeing a different side of the business, a more technical side that delves into the release and testing of future production models.
