Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
Really positive, I was able to do placements in a few different teams which gave me a lot of different experience within the industry.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Project management, data analysis, problem solving occured throughout all the rotations I have done.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

A lot of support from line managers in deciding placement opportunities and development. Graduate buddy system was really helpful for when I first joined too.

Teams want to welcome you and help you learn and develop. Hybrid working is available in some teams but majority of site teams you must be in everyday.
