Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
JLR has been great with many opportunities to learn and the flexibility to try different roles is a huge plus
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
JLR allows you to mix up your roll at intervals that work for you and your manager which means you get to try what works for you and what doesnt. That would be what i enjoy most, learning what fits for you
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

everyone is treated equal and your opinion matters no matter how much experience you have. I have had detailed discussion with lead engineers around ideas ive had to solve problems. Not one questioned by experience
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

I think JLR compensate fairly, i particularly like the discounts we get on JLR products, including merch, but also on everyday spends
