Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
Very good! From day one, JLR has been a welcoming and exciting place to work and I appreciate all the positive working relationships I have formed during my time here. It's a place that has allowed me to grow and develop at my own speed and supported me the whole way.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The main responsibilities have been to source various three-month placements in different teams in order to learn about as many areas of the business as possible. I've enjoyed learning about the hands-on practical side of car production in particular.
