Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
My experience at JLR so far has been really great, I've had so many opportunities to learn and progress in my career whilst also feeling supported every step of the way. Even if i was struggling it is easy to go and talk to someone.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Delivering and taking responsibilities for many projects throughout my time here and I have enjoyed both my rotations where I would develop key applications and discover something I never knew I would enjoy
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Always made sure I have work to do and the projects that I would work on would be meaningful for me and align with what I want to do in my career.

Pay is very good for graduate role, feels very fair

A lot of the work is quite different, each project has its own problems which allows me to become more proficient in that area
