Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Working with a team of other engineers to complete features required by product management, in 2 week intervals called sprints.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Practically the same as every other member of the team. There was also extra responsibility in organising charity events.

Yes, I have become more analytical, as well as gotten much better at programming. I have also gotten better at communicating and taking initiative with things.

Lots, I had a mentor and intern onboarding buddy at the beginning of the month, intern specific cohort leads, and my manager and team were all very supportive.

Very nice, everyone is always very friendly, and there is a big culture of charity that hpe encourages.

I would say don't be afraid to take on difficult problems/initiatives, everyone here is super nice and supportive, and you will find that you will really grow as a person.
