Overall, how would you describe your experience at Knight Frank?
Very good, the graduate scheme is well supported with a large array of resources available to graduates.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Rotating between teams and supporting the day to day.
Learning the functions of different teams and the firm's various service lines.
My favourite thing has been the breadth of knowledge I have been able to gain, from office lease advisory services to residential new homes. I like being able to explore different possible career choices and what the sector really entails.

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

As graduates we are well supported to contribute to the team, not only day by day but also in regards to the RICS APC (qualification) preparation and regular internal supervisor reviews.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

It prepares me well, I am able to explore what my interests are within the sector and which direction I would want to take going forward and post-qualification.

There is a good amount of formal and informal training available, from qualification to software use.
From my day to day job, I feel I learn different things every day and the more time I have spent at the firm those skills have compounded and improved.

Good, there is always support around you and you never feel you are going through a tough time alone.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Supportive and inclusive, not only in the day to day but also events that celebrate different backgrounds and cultures. Hybrid and remote working will depend on the team, but generally teams are very supportive and flexible.
How would you rate Knight Frank initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?

Very good, Knight Frank are very aware when it comes to DEI. Like any other firm, I believe we can always improve.

Knight Frank gives you two volunteering days in addition to annual leave. KF also have the bi annual charity day and many individual employees work for charity which we all support.
