Overall, how would you describe your experience at RSM?
My experience at RSM has been exemplary. I had the opportunity to work with a range of client from individuals, to massive multinational listed corporations. I have been give opportunities to test myself and grow in many ways that I did not think possibly, whilst being supported along the way. I can not understand how beneficial my employment at RSM has been to me.

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I am now a key member of the team, handling 230 clients across the North regions as well as assisting with a range of clients across the UK. I am always given an opportunity to share my thoughts, and have even lead conversations within the team.

RSM pay for and provide off the job training as well as technical days so I feel that I have been well prepared. I am given constant opportunity for new development

I have multiple members of the team to rely on as well as members from other offices that are also there for support
How is your work-life balance?

It can be bad in the busy season (January) but for the other 11 months of the year, there are flexible working arrangements and hours so I can easily balance life.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

You get the odd person in the office that can ruin the atmosphere but overall I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in the office and work exclusively from the office now.

I only rate this a four as there are more opportunities that I could have imagined.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to RSM?
Be Yourself. I regularly attend careers event and this is the most common advice. Companies do not want "cookie cutter people", they want individuals who can think and act for themselves.
