Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Assisted team in ideation, conduct, and analysis of primary research projects, as well as analysis of secondary research sources. Findings would often be synthesised into PowerPoint decks and presented back to key stakeholders
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes absolutely, I wasn’t made to feel like an intern, and was involved in so much more than I could’ve imagined.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
I had weekly catch-ups with my line managers, as well as regular contact with the intern development team. I also felt that I could speak to members of my team if I needed advice or additional support.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The people that I’ve met were amazing, and I had a really supportive team.
However, one thing to note is that the culture and atmosphere at work unfortunately took a hit due to the restructure and redundancies, which massively affected my team.
Many of the people I knew have left the company, so with all this change I cannot comment on the current atmosphere and culture

It was a fantastic experience, I honestly had so much fun, especially with such a large intern program in my year, and I learned so much, through both good and bad experiences
