Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
At NBCUniversal, I work as a Technology Solutions Intern, supporting digital and technical projects across multiple business teams. My role involves acting as a bridge between stakeholders and developers by translating business requirements into clear technical tasks, coordinating project progress, and supporting projects through development, testing, and release. I regularly work with developers, business users, and legal and privacy teams to support website launches, system enhancements, and workflow improvements.
I also carry out QA and UAT testing, create user guides and technical documentation, track development tasks through Jira, and help improve internal processes through automation and process optimisation. Alongside project coordination and testing, I contribute to improving user experience by gathering feedback, investigating technical solutions, and supporting the delivery of both internal and external digital platforms.
