Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Assisting with the day-to-day AVOD operations for NBCU International and DreamWorks International YouTube channels and helping to grow channels watch time & subscribers by producing assets and videos for the companies digital portfolio.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given creative control over multiple YouTube channels and was in charge of the daily upload of multiple videos, some of which I had full creative control over.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Improved skills in communication and teamwork significantly and has taught me how to use industry software like Adobe to a professional standard. Skills in digital storytelling and how to effectively edit and produce videos to tell a story has also improved.
