Liaising with appointed Publicity agencies
Participating and helping facilitate brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas
Helping with adhoc projects such as research, social media scraping, creating presentations, collecting industry news and digital innovations within the entertainment & adjacent industries
Supporting the team in managing budgets by raising purchase orders, recording costs and dealing with billing queries
Assisting with the planning and logistics of talent tours, events and screenings, including evening and weekend working where necessary
Managing and assisting with press screening check ins
Compiling post-campaign coverage reports

Yes, I have worked on press tour logistics independently and organised screenings on my own.

• Developed skills with outlook and co-pilot like how to organise folders properly, how to reply to/send emails appropriately and how to set up task managers to help prepare for the week ahead.
• Gained confidence in the professional environment to speak up, ask questions and share ideas when necessary.
• Improving my networking skills through various onboarding meetings and the intern induction.
• I have learnt more about how to remain calm in a crisis from watching my managers and observing how the are able to handle difficult conversations.
• I understand now the importance of positive relationships with our vendors, due to the trust and partnerships with the hotels and car companies we use the last-minute cancellations were met with understanding. There was a clear effort from both sides to limit the inconveniences and losses, which would not be possible without an established rapport.
• I was taught more about the finance side of my role and gained a better knowledge of budgets and our company accounts system; this will be a helpful skill that I can take into future roles.

I have had support and guidance from my whole team to be feel comfortable asking questions and developing my skills.

I have really enjoyed the environment I've been working in, its super supportive and everyone is so kind and understanding.

This has been the best year of my life, I don't think it could've been better!!
