Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
- Produce eye-catching promotional trailers, shorts and interstitials.
- Delivery of all production for some of our biggest international channels.
- Plan and execute end-to-end on air campaigns.
- Final file delivery and coordination of assets in conjunction with project managers and digital video producers.
- Attending creative & production meetings and helping with any necessary admin.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have developed my creative skills with several professional creative tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Avid Media Composer. I have also learned a lot about the production cycle, expanding upon my project management skills and organisation, collaborating and communicating across several teams.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
A lot of support was available throughout the internship, from both the early careers team and my internal team. There were monthly intern sessions, as well as CV and portfolio support.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was great. Even as an intern, you are treated as a valuable member of the company. I was quite involved with the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which really highlighted the community spirit within the company.

Be genuinely you and express your passion for the position you are applying for. Show genuine enthusiasm for the role and the company, as well as a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally. Especially in a creative role, a strong portfolio of your work you have done at university or even personal projects is equally as important as a CV.
