My job role involves serving members of the public and getting stocked orders ready for customers/branches nearby, also involves a large amount of housekeeping and keeping stock tidy.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy it very much, sometimes it can be a little challenging but it is often very rewarding

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many skills including customer service and how to serve a customer correctly, safely and politely, i have also learnt about travis Perkins itself and the products we stock.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was fairly organised, everything was pretty simple to work around and to manouver, there was the odd time where things got a little complicated but there is always someone out there who can help.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

All the support i could need is the short answer, they have been very helpful with help and supporting me on my journey.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received a tonne of support throughout my qualifications and got told exactly what I'm working for and got the help I needed leading up to them.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification will help me and has helped me by teaching me everything i need, all the product knowledge and the key strengths to help me later on.

The company is very supporting in every way and it is a very good environment to work in, as i said before it is also very rewarding to meet new customers and form a healthy bond with them.

Take your time with your learning, there is a lot to learn and everyone has different ways of doing so, have a strong working demeaner on you.
