Overall, how would you describe your experience at Renault?
I've had a really positive experience so far at Renault. Everyone has been so welcoming especially the Graduates/Interns/ Apprentices community. I've been given lots of responsibility early on and being trusted with projects which has really helped my growth within the company.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
-support the day to day execution of performance marketing activities across channels including paid search, SEO, paid social, affiliates and programmatic
- Assist with setting up campaigns, uploading assets, updating copy and monitoring performance - love seeing it all come together and seeing ads or images i've worked on, live, for everyone to see
- Help compile regular performance reports and dashboards, learning how to analyse results and identify trends - love seeing how what we do affects results
-Work with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to help deliver campaigns accurately and on time - enjoy working with others and learning more cross functionally

How is the support you receive?

My manager has been super supportive and helpful since I started. He's always there to offer any advice and help but gives me room to figure out things or come up with my own ideas first before he helps. Alongside my manager, I have been really supported by the wider Marketing team, helping me get campaigns live and build a great rapport. HR have also been really supportive, offering training and catch ups to check in on my progress.
How is your work-life balance?

With working 3 days a week from home, it allows me more time to do things after work like seeing friends or going to the gym, which i really appreciate.
