Assistant Product Manager Review

On a day-to-day basis my role involves analysis of information on excel, this can range from competitor information or our own internal data. Daily tasks also involve updating internal documents used to present to customers and senior management, creating training materials for dealers, liaising with government bodies to share any and all necessary information, liaising with the central team in France etc.

I was given a lot of responsibility during my placement and I felt like my role was well thought out. My manager and I had a very good relationship where I felt trusted and supported by her to complete all my tasks and even take some a step further.

I was given a lot of support and guidance during my placement not only by my team but also by everyone else in the office. I feel like it contributed to me developing my soft skils, technical skills and my overall performance in the role. It is a very positive and open environment where you can talk to anyone and ask anyone questions that you may have regardless of their position or department.

A very flexible and relaxed company culture. It is a very flat organisation where you can approach anyone. The hybrid working setup was also very helpful and flexible where there are only two compulsory in office days.

I very much enjoyed my placement and view it as a very positive experience that will contribute a lot to my employability once I have graduated.
