Overall, how would you describe your experience at Carter Jonas?
I really enjoy it. There is a very welcoming ethos and everyone couldn’t have been more helpful for starting
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Property management and being the middle man between clients and tenants and contractors. I enjoy meeting people and talking to them. The fact that I can get out and about.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I definitely feel like I get plenty to do. I just think is one of those things that takes time to pass over.

Really well, the company provide APC training days. There’s loads of training and a lot of support to grow your career

Being able to try what you learnt to the actual work place is so helpful as it’s the only way you actually learn

Literally everyone is there to help feel very supported. There is even a mentoring network which will be very helpful

Good I’m good at switching off on a weekend and often get what I need done.

The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Which is so nice as a new starter

Lots of variation - quite similar to what I had done in my internship
