Overall, how would you describe your experience at Carter Jonas?
I've been with Carter Jonas for 3 months now and the experience I have gained so far has been incredible. My team were so welcoming and keen to get me out on site offering me hands on experience whilst supporting me on my journey towards chartership.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I'm in the commercial valuations team. Where I support the surveyors in my team whit desk top studies, inspections and measurements followed by reporting our findings. A big part of my role is calling up agents to confirm sales, lettings and heads of terms so we can provide the most accurate valuations possible.
