I am a Customer Success Manager responsible for leading a global Customer Success team supporting UK secondary schools. On a day‑to‑day basis, I oversee customer renewals, subscription management, onboarding, and issue resolution, while managing team performance and escalations. I work closely with Sales, Digital Support, Finance, and Product teams to resolve complex cases, support platform migration to ActiveHub, and improve processes, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience.
