My role is an operations manager alongside manager a team within the education sector
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have genuinely enjoyed my apprenticeship, as it has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and practical experience. I was supported in choosing the apprenticeship that suited me best, and in terms of learning and development, it exceeded my expectations. The skills and confidence I gained have played a major role in helping me secure a promotion and successfully manage the day‑to‑day responsibilities of my role.

There are extra activities but due to a busy home life that isnt an option but the offer is always there when I can take it
