Digital Education Lead Review

As the Digital Education Lead at NEAS, my role centres on embedding effective digital learning solutions across the organisation to support workforce development and patient care. I lead on the design and delivery of statutory and mandatory training, ensuring it is accessible, engaging, and aligned with organisational and regulatory requirements.
On a day-to-day basis, I develop and implement Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL) approaches, including eLearning modules, educational videos, and simulation-based training. This includes exploring immersive technologies to enhance realism and learner engagement, particularly for clinical scenarios. I work closely with subject matter experts to create high-quality digital content and ensure it meets learning objectives.
I also support staff in using digital platforms effectively, monitor the impact of training through data and feedback, and continuously improve learning experiences to ensure they remain relevant, efficient, and impactful.

The programme is well organised, with a clear structure and logical progression of topics. Support is strong, with helpful guidance and opportunities to engage with tutors and peers. Overall, it is manageable alongside my professional role.
