Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I get a wide range of exposure across: QA testing, data analysis, launching new apps/services, and technical project lifecycle management
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The programme allows me to learn on the job and gain a wide range of experiences I wouldn't get by going to uni.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I've heavily improved on my soft skills since joining Samsung.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme contains lots of training sessions to help develop apprentices in many different aspects, such as project management, presentations, influencing stakeholders etc.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Samsung provides additional support (e.g. study days) on top of the minimum requirement to help apprentices juggle between work and study
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
It is quite hard to get feedback or guidance from the training provider via email. When you do manage to get hold of them, they provide generally sufficient guidance, although it may not always be clear first time round.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Some study modules directly help me to perform better in my role, while others aren't. It is roughly a 60/40 mix
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are quite a few emerging talent networking events, ERGs, and sports teams to get involved in at Samsung
