It was a new role for me so I learnt a lot about administration, built on my customer service skills and my knowledge of the business

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured. I was given a full outline of my study time and what to expect from the start of the apprenticeship. With regular reviews and check-ins with the team to track my progress & offer support.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager engaged in my learning journey and regularly checked in on how i was doing, offered support where needed and allowed me the study time required to complete.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support at every step, regular reviews to maintain contact and track progress . the team were knowledgeable and approachable so i felt i could come to them with any questions i had.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has given me a better insight into my role and how i use customer service on a day to day basis. It has allowed me to reflect and improve on how i handle scenarios & problems that might come up.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are lots of different networking events for various wellbeing activities within the organisation (eg. gardening, walking, singing). The organisation also gets involved with charity events like the local half-marathon
