AS A SENIOR SOUS CHEF MY ROLE IS TO OVERSEE TRAINING AND THE DAY TO DAY RUNNING OF THE KITCHENS ON SITE, WHILE ASSISTING THE HEAD CHEF WITH FUNCTIONS.

IT STARTED OFF NOT VERY WELL ORGANISED DUE TO THE INSTRUCTOR, HOWEVER ONCE MY INSTRUCTOR WAS CHANGED IT RAN MORE SMOOTHLY

YES THERE ARE OCCASIONALLY SOME SOCIAL ACTIVITIES I CAN GET INVOLVED IN, BUT DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET TIME OFF TO ATTEND SOME OF THESE.
