To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Arla Foods have been fantastic with my mentor and manager, as have my learning mentors.
But the 1 start is the Fault of Reaseheath College;
You learn a massive amount of niche and useful information on the course that will help my career. BUT the delivery of this from Reaseheath College is poor. There is only ONE good lecturer who is genuinely so good he makes up for the lack of organisation, knowledge and lack luster lectures from the rest of the staff, and one decent lecture who would be up there but sometimes his delivery of online lectures falls short of the high bar. . But there was a citation, just at the end of the point I was making rather than halfway through, where they had marked me down for not having a citation. Also everyone on the cohort lost a lot of marks for formatting, as the standards had changed from year 1 to year 2. standards, but I don't think its reasonable to expect people who are on apprenticeships, working a job and studying, to do this.

5 starts despite my earlier comments about Reaseheath college, because the rest of the structure from both Arla, my mentors and my learning mentors has been fantastic and it wouldn't do them justice to put anything less than 5 stars.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Arla Foods?
INDEPENDANT STUDY - It shows a great willingness to learn, with a hunger for knowledge. Good initiative, but go further than your competition. Show them you really want the job and have done the work for it, they want to know you can do that. Attitude is more important than experience. Everyone is able to have experience, not everyone is willing to go the extra mile. Let that be you.
Look into the company, they have some great values and missions statements. That they do live up to. But I got my job from quoting those and explaining them a bit. As well as doing my own personal study on some of the aspects/topics that would come up over the course and talking about them in the interviews in a basic sense, I was by no means an expert.
