I am currently working towards completing a Level 5 Foundation Degree in Dairy Technology, with a strong focus on applying theoretical knowledge within a practical workplace setting. In my current role within the Process Department, I am directly involved in milk processing operations while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
My role is highly diverse, providing me with the opportunity to observe and engage in day-to-day activities across multiple departments. This exposure has enabled me to develop a broader understanding of site operations, enhance my technical knowledge, and build cross-functional awareness. Alongside my learning, I actively contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations, supporting both production and improvement objectives.
