Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves the planning and maintenance of BSc Paramedic Student placements. It also involves liaising with staff in the wider Trust to organise statutory and mandatory training, core training courses for new starters, trainer and room.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying my Level 3 Principles of Customer Service programme as it is good to be able to apply my new and strengthened knowledge immediately into my job role.
