To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

this program was very easy to maintain, whilst in training and completing my apprenticeship. My tutor was very calm and understanding, helping me through this which helped me progress and succeed

My employer provides strong support throughout my childcare training by offering time to study during working hours and allows me to balance my study and practical responsibilities. they encourage my development in a real life setting and provides feedback and provides regular check ins to ensure i stay on track.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive alot of support from the training provider and they maintain regular visits, and communicate regularly by emails.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
