My Role requires me to take on many different responsibilities such as keeping the office organized and ensuring daily operations run smoothly by managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, preparing documents, and supporting staff with such as organising travel and accommodation for some places. I also take on the role of focusing on promoting the business by helping plan and execute marketing campaigns, managing social media, creating content, conducting market research, and analyzing campaign performance. In addition to this, i help plan and organise client entertainment and creating invites and itinerarys for these events.

I’ve developed a broad range of skills while also strengthening areas I previously felt needed improvement. For example, in my office role as the first point of contact for residents, I regularly handle calls and engage with people from a wide range of backgrounds and personalities. This experience has significantly enhanced both my confidence and my professionalism in communication.

From the outset, I have had a clear understanding of what I will be learning at each stage, which helps me stay focused and motivated. The progression of topics is logical and well-paced, allowing me to gradually build my knowledge and skills with confidence.
In addition, the programme sets clear expectations and goals, making it easier to track my progress and identify areas for improvement. The support and guidance provided throughout each stage further enhance the learning experience, ensuring that I am able to apply what I learn in a practical and meaningful way. Overall, the structure of the programme not only supports my professional growth but also helps me feel prepared for the next steps in my career.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I believe I receive a high level of support from my employer, which has had a very positive impact on my experience. They are consistently willing to offer help whenever it is needed and provide guidance on any tasks I find challenging. This support is given in a constructive and encouraging way, which makes it easier for me to ask questions and continue improving. I feel that I am working in an environment where I am not judged for gaps in my knowledge, but instead supported in developing my skills. There is a clear sense that everyone wants me to succeed, and this creates a positive and motivating atmosphere. As a result, I feel more confident in taking on new challenges, knowing that I have the backing of my employer and colleagues.
