I support Cloud Infrastructure Operations by analysing incidents and operational data, producing weekly and monthly management reports, maintaining and improving Power BI dashboards, and automating data extraction and reporting workflows. I regularly collaborate with engineers, service managers, and business stakeholders to improve visibility of operational risk, patching compliance, incident trends, and business impact,.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship provided hands‑on exposure to real production environments and the opportunity to work on meaningful operational and reporting tasks within Cloud Infrastructure Operations. I’ve found the automation, incident analysis, patching, and stakeholder engagement experiences valuable for building confidence and real‑world skills. It has been a positive experience that has helped me better understand the workplace, develop technically and professionally, and clarify the areas of technology I’m most interested in pursuing.

The apprenticeship team at M&G were always at hand to support any queries and troubles as well as structuring the programme to fit enough time for work and study.

BPP provided me with a coach who provided regular monthly check-ins to help support my apprenticeship development. They were always quick to respond to emails helping me in key moments such as the EPA
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The skills learnt through the apprenticeship such as communication styles/preferences, stakeholder management, and high level data analysis and modelling can directly be applied to my day to day role, improving my work efficiency day to day.
