The program was very well organised and i am very happy with all the support i got during my study and assessment.

I have received the full support from my employer. I always got a big support , help from them. They always asked me if i was doing well and told me to ask them for help if i needed .
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received a full support and guidance from my trainer. She was always available if needed any help and always praised me for my good working making me more confident within my self to do best in the future.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification has helped me a lot it as has opened a good opportunity for me . I have learned so much with this qualification. I coming from different backgrounds in study and country as well and ldc being my first career company i have worked. The opportunities to qualify for this qualification meant a lot because it taught me so much and aced the blanks i needed to learn about my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there always social activities event in my work where i get to meet different people and learn from there experience.Which helps me a lot and i am always eager to learn and understand so i can better myself .

LDC has been my first job i joined in this country and coming from different backgrounds you always have a fear in you. But LDC company has welcomed everyone with lots of support and respect. It has help me grow into different person and always pushed me for greater opportunities.
